Dr. Spinos has 33 years of chiropractic experience and has previously been honored as Johnstown’s Best Chiropractor by the Johnstown Magazine. Dr. Spinos uses the latest in chiropractic technology in caring for you using the Impulse iQ ®. This technique is gentle, safe, and effective.
Meet our Fantastic Team
Dr. James M. Spinos, Jr.
Dr. Spinos graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 1993 after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of California at Pennsylvania. After graduating, he practiced in Pittsburgh, PA for one year prior to returning to the Johnstown area. During the last 33 years, he has had the great opportunity to treat many athletes, children, and entire families from Ebensburg and the nearby communities.
Dr. Spinos and his wife Sherri have lived in the area for over 30 years and have raised their 2 sons here. Their youngest son Dominic is also set to graduate soon from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Outside of the office, Dr. Spinos enjoys hunting, fishing, riding his motorcycle, spending time with his family and grandchildren and many outdoor activities.
Dr. Spinos has been treating many of his patients for over 30 years and he enjoys helping people feel better through chiropractic.
Staff Bios
Dominic
Chiropractic Intern
Dominic joined the office in July as a chiropractic intern and will officially become part of the team as a Doctor of Chiropractic this October after graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. During his internship, Dom has been gaining valuable hands-on experience and enjoys educating the community about how chiropractic care can positively impact their lives.
Outside the office, he loves spending time with friends, going on walks with his dog Bevo, detailing cars, and cheering on his favorite teams—the Texas Longhorns and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Favorite Part of Chiropractic:
Dominic’s favorite thing about chiropractic is helping people reconnect to their innate healing potential by removing interference from the nervous system. He believes there’s nothing better than watching lives transform through a simple, specific adjustment.
Kayla
Chiropractic Assistant
Kayla joined our team in December 2023 and has become a vital part of our daily operations. As a Chiropractic Assistant, she helps with a variety of tasks including scheduling appointments, assisting with patient therapies, supporting some aspects of billing, and playing a key role in our social media efforts. She especially enjoys creating educational content that helps our community learn more about how chiropractic care can make a difference in their lives.
When she’s not at the office, Kayla enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and her dog, Oakley. She loves being outdoors—riding the side-by-side, going on walks, camping, and exploring new places.
Favorite Part of Chiropractic:
Kayla’s favorite part of working in chiropractic care is seeing how patients evolve in their health journey and observing the wide range of conditions that chiropractic care can help with.
Serinity
Chiropractic Assistant
Serinity joined our office in May 2024 as a Chiropractic Assistant. Whether she’s scheduling appointments, providing therapies, or creating fun and informative content about spinal health for our social media, Serinity is always ready to help with a smile! She’s a key part of our team and brings great energy to the office every day.
Outside the office, Serinity loves shopping, hunting and fishing, photography, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Favorite Part of Chiropractic:
Serinity’s favorite part of chiropractic care is watching patients progress through their treatments and helping them get back to doing what they love. She enjoys building connections with our patients and being a part of their healing journey.
